Intended use
Dispelling, non-sterile, in vitro diagnostic device for clinical use, anionic dye solution that binds to cationic substances, staining the granules of acidophilic cells. The solution is used in association with P.A.S. staining in histological sections to highlight the granules of the basophilic cells of the pituitary gland and some granules of the chromophobic cells.
The device, for diagnostic or research use, is intended to be used by qualified personnel within laboratories that prepare cytological samples. The device is used for manual, automatic or semi-automatic use, is disposable and non-recyclable.
