Shipping policy

2 – ORDERS – When the Seller comes into possession of the order sent by the customer, it will send, by e-mail, the SUMMARY OF THE ORDER, where all the information relating to it will be specified. The order will be considered completed and concluded only with the receipt by the Seller of the expected payment, and with the sending, by e-mail, of the ORDER CONFIRMATION complete with all the other information necessary for exact billing and correct delivery of the goods.

Any additional costs of transport that may be determined by insufficient news, are fully charged to the customer.

The Seller will not be able to process orders for products that were no longer available at the time of the order. In this case, the order itself will not be processed and the reasons will be communicated by e-mail.

In this case, the purchase contract will not be concluded so the Seller will return to the customer the amounts that will have come into its possession in reference to the non-perfected purchase contract.

No right of the Customer is recognized to request compensation for damages as well as to any liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order, even partial.

3 – PRICES - The price shown on each model is inclusive of VAT.

4 – SHIPPING - Shipping times vary according to the products and will be specified with the DEFINITIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION that the Seller will send to the customer for the completion and conclusion of the order. The times of the shipments are indicative and therefore no responsibility can be attributed to the Seller for the anticipated or delayed shipment, as causes are not directly attributable to it. The goods are shipped to the destination indicated by the customer indicated on the DEFINITIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION. Periods of absence at the address indicated or other communications useful for delivery must be communicated in the order notes field, in order to avoid unnecessary storage costs, which will in any case be charged to the recipient. 5 – TRANSPORT - The goods are shipped to the destination indicated by the customer and reported on the "ORDER CONFIRMATION" by National and International Couriers, properly packaged and complete with transport document. The related cost is already included in the price on some products on which "free shipping" is highlighted and on others it will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase after specifying the relative destination. This service, both with "free shipping" and with "subsequent charge", always refers to goods delivered: ground floor, truck side in correspondence with the customer's house number.
